How to Change Primary Domain of Your Hosting Plan

In this guide we will explain how to change primary domain of your hosting plan

Requirements

To change the primary domain of your Shared/Reseller hosting plan, please contact our support team with a change request.

However, before you do so, please ensure that the new domain (the one you want to replace the old one with) meets the following conditions:

  1. The domain is not added to the DNS Manager.

  2. The domain is not added to cPanel as an add-on domain.

The main thing is that the new domain you want to set as your primary domain hasn't been added anywhere in the system.

These conditions apply to both Shared and Reseller hosting. If you want to change primary domain of one of your additional reseller users, the requirements are the same.

Once your domain meets all the requirements, contact our support by sending a request from your registered email to [email protected] or via live chat.

Below, we'll cover how to delete a domain from the DNS Manager and cPanel in detail.
