How to request a refund?

We are truly sorry to hear that you are considering canceling your service, but before doing that, please make sure that your service meets our refund policy conditions:

If your service meets our conditions, please contact our support via chat or email ([email protected]). In Hostens, refunds are issued manually once we get an inquiry from our clients.
