Every VPS on our system has a single dedicated IP assigned, which also serves as public IP, allowing the outside traffic to reach your server and vice versa. In addition, every VPS has a local IP assigned as well. You can see all the IP addresses on your ClientArea account, VPS page, like below:

The local IP isn’t resolved from the outside and can’t be used for communication outside of our datacenter. You can use the local IP for various task and use its advantages:

– The bandwidth will not count for traffic that goes via local IP;
– Using a local IP address can increase the port speed beyond your VPS package’s limit.

The local IP could be a great option for those looking for a LAN option, that would allow easier communication between the servers.
