There are two ways to use webmail, when you are using a cPanel shared hosting server.
Default cPanel access
You can access the default cPanel WebMail using your domain and port 2096 as in the following example:

You can also access your mailbox via default Hostens Webmail access. Using this link:
Note. When connecting to your mailbox via the default Hostens Webmail application, you will need to enter the specific server your mailbox is in, like “wa1.us.cpanel.hostens.cloud”.
