Connecting to your server and saving login information
In order to manage your server files through FileZilla, you’ll first have to open a program. After running the FileZilla program follow these steps:
At the top menu select “File” -> “Site Manager”;
In opened window press “New Site”;
Enter your server and login information: Host: SERVER_NAME.hostens.cloud (change SERVER_NAME to your actual server name); Port: 21; Protocol: FTP – File Transfer Protocol; Encryption: Use plain FTP; Logon Type: Normal; User: your username; Password: your password.
Both username and password for the main FTP user can be seen at Client area.After filling out all the information press the “Connect” button.
Connecting to your server without saving login information
In order to manage your server files through FileZilla, you’ll first have to open a program. After running FileZilla program just fill in quick-connect information at the top of the window and press the “Quickconnect” button:
Host: SERVER_NAME.hostens.cloud (change SERVER_NAME to your actual server name);
Username: your username;
Password: your password;
Both username and password for the main FTP user can be seen at Client area.Port: 21.
