Hostens will ensure that any network issue, caused by data center fault is resolved in a timely manner. Customers can install desirable Linux operating system from client area after successful server provisioning.

Regarding system backups: we provide daily and weekly (last Friday) offsite backups. Backup copies can be restored at business day from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM GMT +2. Backup restoration can be ordered by contacting us.
