How to change the service billing cycle?

If you have ordered service on a monthly payment basis and would like to benefit from our long-term discounts, you have to change your service billing cycle. To change the service billing cycle:

  1. Log in to our Client area;

  2. Select your service;

  3. In the service menu, select “Change Billing Cycle”;

  4. Select your desired billing cycle and press the “Change Billing Cycle” button.

Please note that changing the billing cycle is only possible for services that do not have any unpaid invoices.
